- Free from stains, damage, or signs of wear
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be approved for return.
Non-Returnable Conditions
Products that are used, altered, or damaged after delivery will not be accepted for return. Essential Basics reserves the right to reject returns that fail quality inspection.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team within the 7-day return period by sharing your order ID and reason for return.
Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will guide you with the next steps regarding reverse pickup or self-shipping.
Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for size issues or manufacturing defects, subject to stock availability. Exchange requests must also be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
